A valid notice must include the following, all of which the form below collects:

• Your name, address, phone and email, and your electronic signature.
• A description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
• The location (link) of the material on GROW™ that you say infringes it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages.

If you believe we removed your material by mistake, email a counter-notice to the address above that includes your name, address, phone and email, a link to where the material appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

We close the accounts of members who are repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
